I was contacted by Adele one of the prescribing nurses. Despite the current situation she gave me time, care and was very knowledgeable, she promptly arranged a telephone call with a GP and a blood test on the same day. The reception staff were welcoming and the waiting area was spotless. My bloods were taken by another lady ( I think her name was tracey) again she was amazing, caring, kind understanding and very knowledgeable. Given the current challenges I was amazed by the exceptional level of care I was given.

I rang Reception at around 4.30pm as I was struggling with quite a lot of pain due to a UTI. The receptionist was really understanding and was able to squeeze in an appointment with a prescribing nurse. Very shortly after Lesley rang and prescribed me some antibiotics. As a result of this speedy prescription I was able to pick up the antibiotics that afternoon and I started to feel better that evening. Additionally that also meant I didn’t have to take any time off work the next day, which being a NHS key worker was really helpful!

Completely unhelpful, undermining staff. Unwilling to help when I am in need. I will no longer seek help or advice from this place. I will wait until I am bad enough to seek medical help from a hospital.
